COVID - 19 Policy

THIS POLICY STATEMENT IS TO ASSIST OUR CLIENTS TO BE COVID COMPLIANT AND TO PREPARE RISK ASSESSMENTS, ALSO TO HELP ENSURE THEIR PREMISES ARE COVID SECURE.
 

With this Covid-19 pandemic likely to be with us for many months at least, we are doing everything we can to protect clients and our own staff, from this highly contagious virus, by disinfecting and sanitising all accessible and “high touch” surfaces under two metres. Our trained operatives, will clean all agreed areas of the clients premises, using safe and hygienic anti bac chemicals, as indicated on our original cleaning quotation.

If available to us, we will always use the hospital grade anti viral chemical that we sell to clients for their own staff and ours to use on “high touch “areas, throughout the premises. It will kill enveloped viruses including Coronavirus, HIV, Hepatitis C and influenza. With or without this particular chemical, the minimum office areas that we normally clean and sanitise, includes desks, chairs, telephones, door frames, door handles, light switches, bannisters etc. We will  thoroughly sanitise all toilet and kitchen areas. Our cloths will also be regularly washed, cleaned and often soaked overnight using an anti-viral or anti-bac wash.
 
Please note that we are removing what is left on surfaces at the end of each days work, ensuring that your staff can arrive to a clean, virus free environment. Should a person carrying the virus touch any surfaces during the working day, others then touching that same surface can catch it. Therefore, we recommend that access to the clients anti-viral sprays should be available to their own staff, for their personal use throughout the working day.
 
Finally, by recommending and encouraging our clients, to always have our cleaning service operating outside of their usual working hours, we can ensure that social distancing between our staff and your staff or visitors, is not a problem or risk for anyone.
