Having started the contract with DLS during the working day, it was intended to allow for a settling in period whilst giving time for both parties to develop a relationship and establish trust, respect and common ground. It was with great pleasure that this period very quickly allowed for a strong working partnership and that is, in my opinion, due to the attitude and intentions of every member of staff who attended site, clearly a real asset to DLS.
The quality of cleaning was outstanding from the contract initiation and has never faulted since, with DLS going way above and beyond expectations. It was the right choice when we decided to change the cleaning to out-of-hours, as this allowed for us to function during office hours uninterrupted. The only down side is we don’t get to see them much anymore! I would like to thank you all for what you do and would happily recommend the service to anyone.
